Rama Rao Sreeramaneni

Founder and CEO

Rama completed his B.Tech at GITAM and M.S. at Univ. of Missouri. He started his career in the electronics division at Ford Motor Company before returning to India and starting ZSP India (ZSP was acquired by LSI Logic) which focused on DSP ASICs for cellular market.

Rama then co-founded Hellosoft (acquired by Imagination Technologies, UK) which focused on VoIP & Wireless IP and VoWiFi ASICs.

Post Hellosoft, Rama founded Uurmi (acquired by MathWorks) which focused on IP for Autonomous Vehicles (Aerial & Terrestrial) and Wireless Communications. Rama worked at MathWorks for a brief stint before starting STUAM.

Rama has over 30 yrs. of experience in leading development teams and sales in the field of Communications and Image Processing & Computer Vision.

Srinivas Bathini

VP Engineering

Bathini is the VP of Engineering at STUAM and has more than 35 yrs. of rich experience in Signal Processing, RF, Protocol stack, H/W design, and system design.

He completed his B.E and M.E at Osmania University. He started his career at ITI, India developing telephony switching systems and moved to Singapore to work at ST Electronics.

From ST Electronics, he moved to USA to work at Nortel Networks, Telcosoft, Texas Instruments and Armilliare Technologies in various positions managing large teams and then moved back to India as Director of Engineering at Hellosoft (Acquired by Imagination Technologies, UK).

Post Hellosoft, he was VP of Engineering at Uurmi (acquired by MathWorks) where he worked as Director of communication systems for brief period before joining at STUAM.

Dr.Y.Yoganandam

Sr. Director Technical

Dr.Y.Yoganandam is the Sr. Director Technical at STUAM. He has a combined experience of more than 35 years across academics and aeronautics, telecommunications product industries. He has published several journals and conference papers and has one patent to his credit.

He has completed his B.E from JNTU, M.E at IIT-Kharagpur and Ph.D. from Osmania University (OU). Dr.Y.Yoganandam started his career at HAL and went on to work at the R & T Unit for Navigational Electronics, Osmania University (OU) where he subsequently rose to the level of Director. For a couple of years, he was also associated with the Signal Processing research group at Electrical and Computer Engineering department, Concordia University, Montreal, Canada .

From OU he joined ZSP India (ZSP was acquired by LSI Logic) and then moved to Hellosoft (acquired by Imagination Technologies, UK) as Technical Director .

Post Hellosoft, he went to work as HOD (Chairman) of EE department at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad before joining STUAM.

V. Naga

Director RF

V. Naga is Director RF at STUAM and has more than 35 years of experience and has been delivering mission critical RF, Microwave and Embedded Systems and subsystems.

He did B.Tech at NIT Warangal and M.Tech at JNTU, Hyderabad.

He started his career at Avionics Design Bureau, HAL, Hyderabad and then moved to ECIL as Sr. Manager. He has also taken up multiple consultancy assignments in his career. He worked as Sr.VP/COO at Axis Aerospace and Technologies.

V. Naga is the founder and CEO of Raaga Associates which is acquired by STUAM.

Addagada

Director Hardware

Addagada is the Director Hardware at STUAM and has 30+ years of experience in sub systems and systems design for mission critical applications.

He has completed his BE from Pune university and started carrier at Pennar Electronics and moved to ARM and Chiplogic (acquired by Analog Devices Inc.)

At Analog Devices Inc. he was responsible for the reference platforms in India and US.

Addagada was the promoter and managing director at Vrinda Technologies providing subsystem solutions for Defence and Aerospace before joining STUAM.

Dr. Sondur Lakshmipathi

Chief Technology Officer(CTO)

Dr. Sondur Lakshmipathi is a highly accomplished professional with over 40 years of experience in Microwave Communications, Radars, 4G LTE, 5G NR, NB-IoT, eMTC, WiFi, DSPs, SoCs, MIMO, Space-Time Coding and Signal Processing. He has more than 25 USA and World Patents granted in the field of IEEE802.11n, 4G LTE, Cellular-IOT, MIMO Communications and Space-Time Signal Processing.

Dr. Sondur started his career in Indian Air Force (IAF) and served IAF in uniform in the areas of Radars and Ground-to-Air and Ground-to-Ground Microwave Communications. With strong understanding of practical aspects of wireless technology, he went on to do PhD in ECE Department, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, in the area of Array Signal Processing for 3D localization

Dr. Sondur served in various technical management positions in several industries like IMEC, Encore, Intel, Esqube, Mymo Wireless. He founded Mymo Wireless Technology Private Limited in SID, IISc, Bangalore, a fabless semiconductor company that focused on developing Products, IPs and Modems in the field of 4G LTE, 5G NR and Cellular-IOT. In 2019, Mymo Wireless was acquired by Alif Semiconductor Inc. USA, and Dr. Sondur served as CTO (Modems) for 4 years prior to joining the STUAM team
